They are also recorded and posted in our VIP group so if you miss it you can do it on demand at your convenience. I will design you a personally tailored program with what resources you have available to you on hand to work with and then guide you through the whole session, demonstrating and correcting your technique as we go along.

No equipment, no worries. The workouts have both equipment and no equipment options. Only $22 a week for unlimited live classes and full access to the Vip group full of recorded workouts and support.
