Highly experienced and certified in womens fitness including but not limited to prenatal, postnatal, peri menopause and menopause.
Train in my private fully equiped studio in Werrington Downs or from our ladies only fitness centre, Cruz Fitness, in Penrith and reach your goals confidently and safely.
Pre & Post Natal
Be guided to train safely through out your whole pregnancy making adaptations along the way to suit your personal pregnancy experience.
Postnatal Training is suitable from 6 weeks post birth, provided you have been given the all clear from your doctor (preferably a Womans Health Physio) to exercise.
(8 weeks for c-section)
With 6 kids and extensive certifications in pre & post natal exercise, you can take advantage of the wealth and knowledge and rebuild your strength and shape from the inside out, while laying the correct and safe foundations for a sustainable and strong body and mind.
