Pre & Post Natal
Be guided to train safely through out your whole pregnancy making adaptations along the way to suit your personal pregnancy experience.
Postnatal Training is suitable from 6 weeks post birth, 8 weeks for c-section, provided you have been given the all clear from your doctor or preferably a Woman's Health Physio, to exercise.

With our 1st hand experience and extensive certifications in pre & post natal exercise, you can take advantage of our wealth and knowledge and rebuild your strength and shape from the inside out, while laying the correct and safe foundations for a sustainable and strong body and mind.
